Payment

The fee includes: accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, farewell dinner.

Upon registration, a pro-forma invoice will be issued and sent to your e-mail address.
(Bank charges to be paid by the orderer, within the EU to be shared by the orderer and the beneficiary).

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@cis-conference.com. For cancellations received on or before 1 June 2025, registration fees will be refunded less a €50 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 1 June 2025. Registrations may be transferred to another person free of charge.
